What I can say is this—these goofy, 15-second videos have brought something surprising to our workplace: a sense of fun. The kind of fun that gets even our most stoic staff members to crack a smile… or sneak into the frame. It’s turned into this unexpected team-building tool where people loosen up, get creative, and maybe even admit they had a good time afterward.


The biggest win? The uptick in camaraderie. Between the random chaos of shooting a trending audio and the shared inside jokes that come from watching each other on replay, our team’s energy feels lighter and more connected. And we may or may not have a new, unofficial mascot-slash-common enemy: Me, the marketing girl.

Because nothing bonds people like having someone to lovingly blame for their sudden appearance on the internet.

At the end of the day, maybe the ROI isn’t just measured in sales—it’s measured in laughter, shared memories, and a team that genuinely enjoys being around each other. And honestly, that’s the kind of marketing win you can’t put a price on.
